my wife been illfor 20years no sex i walk aroud with an erection if i give my self a hand job i get migrain and feel depressed help

that's a tough situation. you must be a wreck. can she have sex and doesn't feel up to it or can she not physically have sex? how sick is she?

I think you need some sex therapy, for mind and body, to help you be able to masturbate without that side effect, and other things.
