My gf of almost one year just told me that she was circumcised when she was a baby and has never had sexual desire or pleasure. And that it even hurts for her to have sex.
We have been having sex before but she was just faking it the entire time.

I love her to death and to hear this is extremely confusing because I have a high sexual desire(like most men).

How in the world am I supposed to live with a woman I cannot make love to? How in the world can I live without her? what do you all think I should do? What would you do?

If you love her, then learn to love her as she is. There may be some therapy or procedure she could go through to help her, plus there is also the g-spot, which is controversial, but might exist and allow her to orgasm.
