well? what is it? and how do I make it go away and how do I stop the itching?

It is hard to identify an itching bump in the anus. The irritated area could be a hemorrhoid, wart or something more serious. You can immediately make an appointment with your primary health provider or an abdominal surgeon for an anal examination. The recommended therapy will depend upon the diagnosis.
