**I think it's some where between 15 or more lbs unless your having complications**

**here and there is fine, but why dont'you just stay away from them while they are smoking just to be safe.**

**your vits should cover it unless you get constapted, then fiber will help**

**I still drand coffee and cokes whenever i wanted one....which wasn't often. and sure you can have chocolates and suckers...i dont' see it as a problem. **
Should I not each chinese and mexican foods?
