My Battling Gout Story.

20 years fighting with gout with meds. and also tried many methods like drinking poisonous snake blood, traditional herbal meds, heat & steam treatments, accupunture, magnetic field, foot reflectology & massage, drinking Chinese tea and many methods I had explored.
My first attack started at side of right big toe. From limping to hopping with one leg to wheelchair then bedridden for weeks to 2-3 months. Meds/injections once saviours became useless and could not touch the pain anymore.

For almost 20 years, I have not taken any meds. Only wild lingzhi formula to treat flares and selective natural foods keep good balance and to nurture the healthy body.

I have gradually reverse gout to no attack and have been a 'master' to gout not a 'slave' for the past 10 years. As a layman I know how 'to tame' , cleanse and dispose the toxic wastes naturally.
