I’m looking for good medication for natural and non-habit forming aids for sleep. I could find a few products by internet surfing - Incredible Sleep™, Demasleep, Nicotrol, Diphenhydramine and a few others. Can you suggest the best and safe one.

There are many available in internet today. About Incredible Sleep™ , I can only say don’t always go by the name of the product. Diphenhydramine is a good product but I would recommend Dermasleep for it’s natural and non-habit forming medication for sleep.
