I am new to the forum (although I have read most of the posts). I went in for a GTT yesterday and while I don't have the doc results, I took results with my monitor. The results I got were.

Fasting 92
1hr 195
2hr 135
3hr 62

With those results, what do you think.

Thanks for the help, I am a bit stressed out at the moment. After the GTT yesterday, my levels went up and down all day and it was a pretty bad day.

Pretty bad drop in the third hour there. However, you're lucky in that you don't have drops at the 1 or 2 hour marks. This means you should respond well to a healthy diet involving 100% whole grains.
