Hi, I was wondering if i'm having testicular cancer or something.
Recently, left side of my testicle is swollen. And when I touch its painful. It got worst these few days, can feel the pain when i'm walking or even sitting down. No blood in urine or semens.
Read about the topic but didn't discover any extra fluid.
Pls help Embarassed

You really need to check with a doctor on this. It very well could be cancer, or maybe something simple.

For your own mental and physical health, you need to see a physician.

answer
for your 4 year old child is a risk and you should have it immediatly checked with a docter right away its an infection left after your urine acid formed in your testicles meaning that you should drink plenty of water or pineapple juice it well help alot and also if it doesnt stop you should rest and try not to move alot.
