Q: Swollen Balls

Hi, I was wondering if i'm having testicular cancer or something.
Recently, left side of my testicle is swollen. And when I touch its painful. It got worst these few days, can feel the pain when i'm walking or even sitting down. No blood in urine or semens.
Read about the topic but didn't discover any extra fluid.
Pls help Embarassed

You really need to check with a doctor on this. It very well could be cancer, or maybe something simple.

For your own mental and physical health, you need to see a physician.

when i get exited ny groin swells and my balls and it really hurts sometimes goes away after masterbation what is this??
