after i was examined by my pcp about the pains that i thought were caused by my gall bladder, he prescribed me Zegerid for the acid reflux that i was also experiencing along with/after my attacks. rumor has it that Zegerid is the same as over the counter Prilosec, or pres. Nexium. again, i am not insured and the pres. for the Zegerid is $80 for 15 pills! i can barely afford it, but they are making me feel better. i dont know if i should just change what i am taking to save some cash or stick to my current presc. if anyone has any opinions or history with the following medications, i would appreciate feedback.

Especially eHealthy
Id check the ingredients for all 3, or even ask your local pharmacist at the drug store, they can tell you wich ones are similar if you explain to them you cant really afford the one prescribed to you, that is a bit expensive, some drugstores have plans so you can get your meds cheaper not sure if it is just for 50 plus etc thats the one we had at walgreens when i worked there but theres no harm in asking a pharmacist nearby. They know all this stuff Smile

Zegerid
Go to Zegerid's website and print off the $30 coupon. Hope that helps a little.
