I dont even know why i got so upset i didnt ever wanna be friends with em anymore after next week anyways but i did. THey pretty much pulled out all they could saying im a bad mom etc. and jasons not here and no one is here and all my familys at the airshow so icouldnt call them. and jason didnt answer his phone . hes gonna be mad when he comes back about it. i think seriously i need to get back on my anitdepressants.

the pills are probably a good idea hun, i know it's hard when you can't be around the people you love, what's jason going to be mad at? surely he won't be mad at you, you didn't do anything.

Don't listen to people, you're a great mom and they obviously don't know what they're talking about, if they are going to treat you like that then you don't need to waste your time being friends with them. You can't listen to what everyone says about you, you know yourself better than anyone else does, and you know you're not a bad mom, don't let them get to you like that.

im sorry you're having a hard time Sad

jason will be mad about the cutting, he always gets mad cuz he doesnt want me doing it but its the only thing i know to cope , especially when no one is here. They arent friends anymore. I dont need immature people talking behind my back, my true friends in the states dont do that. Sucks after i cut myself i wish i could go back in time and erase it. but i cant Sad

ugh i got a massiv eheadache now, i gotta calll jason back soon when the phones charge. i dont know if i wanna tell him that i did that or not, im sur ehe will notice when he is back.

just wait to tell him until he gets back so he's not worried about you while he's away, he only gets mad because he cares about you. i've never had problems cutting, my way to express anger has always been crying which i do a lot. i tried to cut one time, i didn't even know why but i'd heard about it so i was upset after the first time my uncle hit me and so i went into the bathroom and tried cutting myself but i guess i didn't want to bad enough so i just layed on the bathroom floor crying... crying feels good when you're upset, i think it makes me feel better.

but since i haven't had experience in it i don't know that i have the right words to help, because i can't tell you not to do it that it's stupid, because i don't know how you feel. maybe throw out anything that you could use? so then you aren't tempted... and talk to your doctor about getting back on your pills, i hope those help.

get an elastic band and wear it on your wrist and when you start losing your temper or want to hurt yourself snap it.

oh, haha. i saw it on degrassi once. i guess giving advice according to what i saw on a show aimed at pre teens isn't a good idea.

i left you a pm diane....and that actualy does work tanya, for some people, just because someone cuts doesnt mean they dont have self control, it many times just means they dont have proper coping methods for problems, they never learned how...that doesnt include the little whiny emo kids whove made cutting popular however, they do it for attention

I'm so sorry .diane. I know you've got to be having a hard time coping in a diff country. And with no one around you, I can see the temptation of cutting.

One of my good friends was a cutter, and the rubber band method worked wonders for her. SHe'd be snapping that band every minute on the minute.

I'd rather see that, then the blood pouring from her wrists.

I know you've heard this bookoo times, but seriously, if you need to talk, pm me...or hit me up on the myspace im!!

Immersing your arm in a container of ice water works for some. The feeling of the cold water is similar to the feeling that people that self injure get from cutting. I have also heard of people getting real success from the rubber bands too.
You have to be able to recognize that you are upset and willing to try to use a different method of coping besides cutting. For many cutting is easier and they get the results they need immediately, where as trying other methods of coping isn't always a sure bet.

good luck to you
