Hello I am considering starting going on the pill, I like to smoke so I am curious what the complications are if any, with this.

And yes I know smoking is bad for you, please no flames.

Smoking while taking the pill is very bad for you; it increases your chances for high blood pressure, heart attack, strokes, and other clotting problems. If you take the pill, you should not smoke.
