I am the wife of a large man. he use to
weigh over 500 lbs. but in the past 2
years he has lost over 200 lbs. and is
below 370 lbs. now. He is uncircumsized
and without erection his penis is nearly
completely hidden. When he is erect he is
only about 2"-2 1/2". He is 49 years of
age and I am 42. We have never had sexual
intercourse. He has never had
intercourse. We have tried several
positions to no avail. This greatly
depresses my husband. He says he would
love to experience intercourse and making
real love to me at least once before he
dies. Although I tell him I love him no
matter what. We please each other both
orally and manually and it is wonderful
but I do understand how he feels and I
greatly wish I could help him with this.
But as of nearly a year ago he began
having another problem. The skin around
his penis has shrunken or grown tighter
that now he can no longer draw back his
forskin and expose his penis. If anyone
out there has any solutions or advice I
would greatly appriciate it. I should say
he is adamint on not getting circumsized.
He is diabettic and has troubles with
healing properly. Thank you for giving me
this opportunutity to express myself and I
look forward to hearing from you all.
Thank you and have a good day.

I know this isn't the answer you're
looking for, but I would personally go to
a doctor that specializes in male sexual
health and start there.

As far as having intercourse, it sounds
like it might just be a while longer as he
loses more weight. Eventually, it should
be exposed enough and longer that you'd be
able to engage in intercourse.
As far as the skin not retracting, talking
to a doctor is best. I believe there are
stretching techniques and perhaps even
devices to help in retracting the skin
without circumcision, but it would take
time.
As far as the diabetes, a healthy diet
always helps that. Is the weight loss the
result of a healthy diet? There are many
alternative treatments out there for
diabetes, with people becoming completely
free of insulin dependence and even
totally cured. Things such as Chromium
supplements have positive effects.
However, I wouldn't suggest just
supplementing with Chromium as you'd have
to do a lot of research and that would
only be part of the puzzle (if a piece at
all for him specifically). Find a book
about treating diabetes naturally. It's
harder and requires more determination and
time, but it's more complete and healthy.

The only way to correct this is to have
surgery done. I'm not sure of the cost.
You can read about it here:
Or to continue to lose weight. It's not
completely clear whether his hidden penis
is caused only by obesity. If so, losing
weight is the ideal method as it avoids an
unnecessary surgery, avoids diabetic
complications, and adds all of the other
benefits becoming healthy. However,
everyone should always weight their own
options and make their own decisions.

Definitely right on that, should have
stated it. If he does truly care, he
needs to lose more weight. Then, if the
problem is still there it's likely being
caused by a problem that they correct by
placing these little metal things in the
shaft within his abdomen so it doesn't
move in anymore.

This is going to sound crazy. My mother
actually tought a class to medical experts
about teaching patients about sex who had
sexual problems such as yours. It was
based specifically for patients with
mobility or physical challenges (i.e. over
weight, in a wheelchair etc.). I would
talk to your doctor about finding someone
who is trained in something like that.
People who specialize in teaching people
with mobility problems about sex are
actually out there. I even sat in on a few
classes in college. They know ALL about
different positions and tips for patients
like your husband. I'd give that a try.
