Pms??
Posted: 02-17-04 13:16pm

I am due for my period any day and I had little light spotting about 2 days ago. The thing is I am so nauseated. I have a little girl so I know all about morning sickness and all. I am just curious to know if feeling sick in my stomach can be a normal part of pms?
Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Some people can feel sick just before there period its all to do with your hormones, try eating a ginger biscuit first thing in the morning, this works for morning sickness too, or better still do what I did take one evening primrose capsule a day and I guarantee in a month you wont have this problem and any other pms symptoms should ease too. Hope everything is okay

Thank you so much for your response. Thankfully I started today! Now I have horrible cramps though. I mean to the point that I am doubled over. I have experienced cramps like this before. One year at thanksgiving, I had to stay home and lay with a heating pad because of cramps. I took 800mg of ibupofren and it only helps for a little bit.
