There is a possibility you could be
farther along, but you are more than
likely just feeling gas and not movements.
You are probably a little bit bloated too.
You should only gain 2-3 pounds during
your first trimester, so be careful and
watch what you eat. You only need I think
300-400 extra calories daily when
pregnant. Have you had an ultrasound to
date your pregnancy yet because those are
pretty darn accurate?

wow! 2-3 lbs? no wonder why my dr's are
getting so frusterated with me about my
weight. I will be 28 weeks on Thursday and
I have only gained 2 lbs. and that is even
on the increased starch and protien diet
that my dr has put me on.

I am almost 20 weeks and have gained 6
pounds total. I actually lost 2-3 pounds
during my first trimester because I was so
sick.

Thats so funny because I gained about 8
pounds my first trimester, I was 113
before I got pregnant, but through out my
whole pregnancy I gained 35 pounds. That
last month got me and at 36weeks I got
strech marks. Don't that suck. There not
bad and they don't bother me now.
momof1and1ontheway have you not been to
the Doctor yet. They shoud have done an
ultrasound on you already to tell how far
along you are?

I gained 16 lbs the first 14 weeks of my
pregnancy! The nurses almost had a cow.
The doctor seemed fine with it because I
was underweight to start with. My doctor
was very happy when I went to my last
appointment though because I had only
gained 1 lb. Yea for me!
