Q: Burning In Middle to Lower Back

i keep having this burning feeling in my back. it comes and goes and it also seems that my feet and hands seem to hurt and get numb when my back flairs up. what could this be from???

I have had muscle spasms in my mid to lower back for at least 8 years and its gotten worse. It sounds like the same problem you have. Please let me know if you find an answer-Paul
