No offense Exodud, but a Chiropractor??
Walleye, normally for them to dx you with "definate MS", they wait until you have another "relapse". So don't worry about that, as it seems as though you DO have it

I am even surprised they rx'ed you Copaxone w/o a definate dx

, but I soppose some do...
I am on Betaserone, so I can't help you with that, but I would see how much the other ones are since you have to pay for them yourself. Your Neurologist just may like "C" better than the rest, but that does not mean it is. Usually they will give the option of C or B at first, so it can't hurt to ask about the B. I would also ask your insurance company WHY they declined. Make them give you an answer. You will be your own best advocate when it comes to this disease, so ask allot of questions, and if your gut tells you your Neuro is not doing enough, get that 3rd or even 4th opinion if you need to!
Good luck and let us know how you make out!
