Your doctor is the best person to help you understand the test results and their significance. Don't be affraid to ask questions and insist he/she spend the time with you to get a handle on this. If that doc won't find a better one.

In the mean time read read read. Take charge of your health care, look into alternative medicine, ie Naturopathic (ND from a four year on site college).
Omaga-3 oils from fish and flax seed, folic acid, b-12 all have been reported to help. Try drinking Kombucha tea, I love the stuff. The best I've found is emperors best from spam link. There are a lot of books on the subject. Read on maintaining a healthy pH level as tested by saliva. Drink 8 to 10 glasses a day of water. Consider a chiropractor but let them know you might have ms and be extra carefull - maybe an activator trained DC.

No offense Exodud, but a Chiropractor??

Walleye, normally for them to dx you with "definate MS", they wait until you have another "relapse". So don't worry about that, as it seems as though you DO have it I am even surprised they rx'ed you Copaxone w/o a definate dx , but I soppose some do...

I am on Betaserone, so I can't help you with that, but I would see how much the other ones are since you have to pay for them yourself. Your Neurologist just may like "C" better than the rest, but that does not mean it is. Usually they will give the option of C or B at first, so it can't hurt to ask about the B. I would also ask your insurance company WHY they declined. Make them give you an answer. You will be your own best advocate when it comes to this disease, so ask allot of questions, and if your gut tells you your Neuro is not doing enough, get that 3rd or even 4th opinion if you need to!
