Q: So Scared Dog Leash

I am so scared to death that yesterday when I was walking I my dog I may have touch a garbage can and no I am really scared to death please help me and her dog leash touch the ground and when she yanked I thght I felt something fly In my mouth and now I am scared what if something was on the ground please help me
