Every now and then useually occurs when I'm sitting, but has happen while walking etc. A sharp pinching pain occures on my side useually the left but has happen on the right (I think). It last a split second or so, but hurts really bad and goes away. I use to think nothing of it, but it occurs useually once a week maybe twice, for over a year now.

Any ideas as to what this may be caused by?
