i read a book that really helped me a lot.
it's by a guy named Richard Kale who beat
an anxiety disorder without doctors or
medication. the guy was so low at points
that he ended up having to leave college
and was suicidal at points. in the book he
talks about what it took for him to get
better. it's good to know that there is
someone out there that has overcome the
same problems that you have. i feel a lot
more confident that i can get better. he's
a really intelligent guy. he gives out his
email with the book so people can talk to

the book is only $5. he has a day job, but
spends a lot of time trying to help people
with anxiety disorders. i suggest the book
to anyone .he recieves hundreds of emails
a day and returns them all.
