Hi there. I recently had a total hysterectomy and have been experiencing acne. I did not have my ovaries removed, thus I continue to have natural hormone production. I am wondering if there is a connection related to the surgical procedure? Confused

it is possible, although with you having kept your ovaries, not so likely.
I'd suggest that you get your doctor to check your hormone levels.
sometimes it can take your ovaries a little while to get back to normal function, sometimes it can throw them out of whack completely and they just stop functioning.

have you had your 6 week check up yet?
