I've been having really bad pains in my left side ( you know when you put your arm straight down to your side? It's around the area where your elbow is when you do that). I know it's not cramps because it's not that kind of pain, and it's not time for my period anyways. But I've been having this pain for a few days and it's starting to make my lower back hurt. I get really sharp pains when I breathe (When I exhale). If anyone has any suggestions on what it is or how to get it to stop I would appericate it. Thank you so much.
