Rash

recently I've noticed a rash.There are four spots all together ( one on my lower abdomen, a small one on my upper thigh, another one on my inner thigh, and one on my arm) Two of them are quite large, oval shaped and about the size of a quarter approximately. A couple have a smooth spot in the middle that looks almost scar like. They do not itch, but are red and obviously not normal. I do not have health insurance, thus want any advice anyone may have.
