I've gotten to where I can last about 15 minutes after penetration. Its taken almost a year of having sex every other day to get to that point, though......which isn't a bad thing.

Are you guys serious? 5.4 minutes is average? I'm usually disappointed if all I can do is 20 minutes. I'm always shooting for the half hour to hour range. I guess maybe that includes a controlled ejaculation. Maybe if I didn't try to hold off I'd be finished in 5 minutes. Seems like a short sexual period to me though.

Yeah...some of us are the lucky ones. I think controlling it and not allowing yourself is what helps my boyfriend.

1-when your are doing it, do you have to hold yourself back from cumming to reach 20 min or do you not feel like cumming until about 20 min?

Im just curious cause these are things Ive always wanted to know and talking about it with my friends would be too embarrasing.

1. It just depends. I would have to say that most of the time I think I would last at least 15 minutes without having to hold back. I generally couldn't finish even if I tried in under 15 minutes. Then, there are times when you are hitting that certain groove that I can finish in no time.

2. I have never cum quickly, but mainly because I'm not one to get too over excited about sex. The stories I've read about guys that finish too early seems like they finished the act in their head before it has started in reality. I can't say that I've ever had a sexual experience that was shorter than 7 minutes at the least.

3. I don't hold off that way. I usually just stop the friction by taking a couple of seconds to breathe and reposition myself and/or her. Unless your girl is on her way to an orgasm, she won't care that you stopped to collect yourself if it means a prolonged enjoyable experience for the both of you.

When I was around 20, I was a 10 to 15 minute man. (Pathetic) Now that I am "older" (41), I usually am good for 45 minutes to an hour before I lose my load. My record is 3 and a half, but there are those times where, if it's just my hand and I want a quick nut, I can get off inside of 2 minutes.
