can anyone explain to me what this may be....my skin, all over my arms sometimes have white spots that just appear out of the blue, its moslty when im cold, but i have never seen anyone have this before, neither did my boyfriend, he thinks i may have low blood circulation, but its just my arms, no where else on my body, and like is aid it happens when im usually cold,,,does anyone else get this?!?!
