I am 16... But ever since I was 5 years old I have had really bad migraine/head ache problems. My parents used to tell me it was dehidration problems. But over the years I drink plenty of water and hardly ever any caffine. Im now getting them worse then ever.

I know some causes are stress, caffine, and so on. Really I dont think its any of those.

Usually my head hurts worse in the morning and at night. I hardly ever get them during an actual day. Its always over my left eye, not behind it, but over it. When I get them really bad I can feel my head throbbing over the spot where it hurts. I get major mood swings, its awful , I can be best friends with someone and then get a head ache and just blow off at them , then ill get depressed, and then confused. My eye sight also is bad during my head pains. I eventually get into the mood where I dont care about anything or anyone, you could pour cold water on me and I wont budge because it hurts so bad.Sometimes I also get nauscous (sorry for my bad spelling).I tried the whole dark room, cold cloth on head thing, but it still hurts, if I eventually fall asleep when I wake up and move it hurts all over again.

My mom said shed take me to the doctor finally, but I just want to know what anyone thinks is the problem...
What can I do?

Thanks!

I Know...
My sister used to have the same problem growing up and she is still prone to getting bad headaches...Some people are just like this. It's best for you to go to the doctor, they may prescribe medication and give you specific answers to your questions and concerns.
