We'll talk more in PM but it sounds to me like you have some sort of physical problem at the root of your mental symptoms.

Hi
Hi shopbunny,

Yes, I have these symptoms. I feel like my face is tight, round my eyes and mouth and my jaw feels tingly and stiff. My Doctor says this is all part of my stress and panic problems.

I hope you feel better soon. hugs.

I think you may have hit the nail on the head here. But do find out for sure. Alot of us do that at night. They make shields for you teeth for that now. I think they have to be made to fit though through a dentist. I have TMJ so I know where you are coming from.
