You can start getting pregnancy signs shortly after implantation. The symptoms themselves vary from person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy. Unfortunately, there are no symptoms that are exclusive to pregnancy. Many symptoms mimic pms as well, which can be frustrating. The only way to know for sure is to do an at home pregnancy test once you are late for your period or to go to your doctor for a blood test.
