I am interested to know the same thing. I have been of bcp for a little over a month. I have already bled heavily twice. I was on it for so long that I am not sure that it is me and I will never be regular. Or if it is my body still adjusting. I will keep you posted on how long it takes me to get my bfp. I will probably test next week (even though I know it will be a bfn. I have a poas addiction)

Well, I have been off since June so 9 months. We didn't stop preventing until november. We concieved last cycle but it ended in an early miscarriage so it took us four cycles. I have a suspicion that the reason we miscarried is because my hormones are still out of wack. My cycle comes fairly regularly but my luteal phase is short and I think my progesterone is low. I barely bleed when I get a period now which is far from what mine used to be. I stick to the fact that my hormones are still screwed up after 9 months. I was on the darn things for four years.

My last pill was Feb.24 Everything seemed great. Got my LH Surge,according to .O.P.K., on the exact day that I expected to.....a little over a week goes by and then all of a sudden...

mg22- Nasty, nasty little pills. I have been on them for 3.5 years. (2 year break from them before that.)I have read about other girls being on them for 10 years straight. So if there is a bright side to this-- atleast we haven't had it in our systems quite as long as others! I'll keep my fingers crossed.

How long were you on birth control? I was on it for almost seven years. I was very young at the time that is why I am unsure about what I will be like without it.

I took my last pill on feb 20th so we are in the same boat. Hopefully we will both get our bfp's soon!

I was on the pill for about 7 years. We neither one thought it would happen as quickly as it did; it was quite a shocker!! But we are thrilled to pieces; our little bundle is due .August 20.

after 10 years of bcp, I got pregnant 2nd month. Unfortunately, it ended in a m/c, but it had nothing to do with bcp. So, good luck...
