Q: Nasal Sprays

I have been hooked on nasal sparys for the past 5 years now. I have tried flonase but that did not work so well.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can breath normally through my nose again?? I am sick of always carrying around a nasal spary bottle.

I heard after taking this stuff for so long, I might need to get surgery. I would not mind doing that, is it a simple procedure.

Any advice??
