Hi, I was on the food allergies treatment for about 1 year, and it's been almost 2 years after that, that I continue using the rotatory diet.

Now I only get sick about half of the time than before, supposedly I shouldn't but soner or later I comit a mistake, like eating something that wasn't well labled and contained an alergic food for me, etc. In many ways.

I am allergic to the following foods: potatoes, wheat, milk, pork, beef, chocolate, and orange juice. Basically I am allergic to the basic foods.

Even though I am on the rotatory diet, I would eat lots of wheat, or milk products on my wheat or milk days. Little by litte I started to feel mild allergic reactions, until they were becoming more unconfortable, so I started to use anti-alergic reaction medicines each time I would feel a symptom, the last time I drank milk, the day after my throat was completely sore, and my I had sinus-type headaches, and some stomackacke for about 1 week, yesterday I ate wheat, and the same symptoms are starting again, meaning I will be like that for another week, meaning I won't eat these products again not even rotating them.

So there I go, the 2 most basic components and I cannot even touch them, I am afraid soner I will become more alergic to pork, etc. So that at the end I won't be able to eat food, but capsules with proteins. How long will this nightmare last?.
