Q: Arthritis At Hiv Window Stage. Please Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had sex with a sex worker 40 days ago , I start to have 1 finger joint pain 2 weeks after sex , the pain coninute after 6 weeks, the pain move around to other fingers, now, about 48 days after sex. I have several finger joint pain. ankle pain sometimes. not very serious, but its there every day, I have never had these problem before . in the meantimes. I have serious low back pain 4 weeks after sex, every morning when I get up I feel stiff of my low back. I have been looking for so many informations on the internet, feels like kind of spondyloarthropathies arthritis , also I have never had this problem before .

I am so scary now. I want to kill myself, I been looking for informations on the internet for the HIV infections. I know so many hiv person will develop arthritis . but I started to have the symptom 2-3 weeks after sex ? is that something relate to hiv ? will people have this symtom in the hiv window period? I had a rapid hiv test in 39 days was negative . I don't really trust it . Can anybody tell me whether people will have the arthritis at this very early stage ??? please help !!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to kill my self~~~

It is recommended that people who really think they might have HIV test again if they tested negative the first time. Some people test negative because it is too soon for the HIV to show up. That's the most common reason for false negatives. Wait a few more weeks and test again just for good measure.

Never base it on symptoms. Symptoms can develop very soon after infection, but they often don't. There are a wide variety of symptoms that people with HIV may have because of other infections. Many people have no symptoms at all when they test positive for HIV. Other people get cold or flu-like symptoms, but those are also symptoms of many other things. Tests are the only thing that can really tell you. Let your doctor know about any symptoms you are having, but other than that, don't get too worked up about symptoms. They are too varied. You can't make a diagnosis of HIV based on symptoms.

I know I have to do the test again after few weeks. but before that, I really want to know how often people will have arthritis in the very early stage like me? please help. or whether anybdy can tell what will cause arthritis after sexual activity ? I never had this problem before . I have no fever and no flu . please give some advise but not only say I have to do the test as I already know. I believe there are percentage of about the arthritis after the sex//.

please helpp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
