How soon can you get pregnant after a miscarriage? Can it happen a few days after the miscarriage? I've had a miscarriage just recently. The bleeding has stopped after about 2 weeks, there's still some occasional spotting, and I still have a strange/discomfort feeling in my abdomen. but I've already begun to feel early pregnancy symptoms. I just have that "pregnant" feeling again. Is it possible I'm pregnant so soon after a miscarriage?
