Q: Could I Be Pregnant

I have been having sighns of pregnancy( tender breasts, lots of trips to the bathroom, eating more, always tired, nausea every morning) for a little over a week now and today I just got my period. I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative. Is their a chance I still could be pregnant.
