I need help, seriously. I have never joined a forum like this before but this problem is driving me crazy I need to know what to do. Basicly for the last year.. maybe 2.. I can't remember.. I've had this butt acne. I don't know what to do but recently the boils have been bleeding and I'm afriad my mother will wonder why there are blood stains on my trousers and underwear when she does the washing. I've thrown away two pairs of underwear so my mother wouldn't find out. It's quite bad and I think it's caused scaring as well. It's mainly on the cheeks in the middle and they are red to dark red coloured. I've tried to get rid of them by cutting them but it caused me to much pain so I gave up, sometimes they can be painful also. I want to see a doctor but I'm so shy and nervous about it I am to reluctant to go. And I don't even know what I would say! "Oh hi, I have but acne, give me drugs please." I mean.. what do I do? I read up that I need to see a dermatologist. What is that?? This is so embarsing and humiliating. I wish I sorted this problem out a long time ago but I'm so damn shy I wont tell anyone anything. Any tips? Should I just go to my local doctor and ask him what to do? I really need this problem gone. I am not even confident to get into a relationship with a girl because I'm afraid they'll see my boils.

Well hmm the way it sounds a dr is your best bet, but from how u describe it it doesnt sound like acne. Im not sure still could be, they do have body washes for acne now in most stores . A dermatologist specializes in things like that , any problems with the skin, acne, rashes etc . Thats there field , they might even be able to prescribe you a topical cream for it, as bad as it may seem i would suggest seein g adr
