POO?
Today mel has pooped 3 diapers in 3 hours Shocked She has only been pooping 1 diaper every other day. Could she be sick? Should I phone the doc? Has any of your babies done this? The color of her poo has also changed in color and smell.

Feeding?
Since day one I have had problems with mel falling asleep while feeding. Sometimes Im able to wake her up to finish her baba. Other times its not going to happen. I have tried a cold clothe. Not a freezing cold one, just not as warm as her bathe clothe. I have tried walking her around, even while feeding but nope. I have tried to act like im changing her diaper or clothes, because she hates that, that doesnt work either. If i sucessfully wake her up and get her to finish, she doesnt want another baba for 4-5 hours. If im UN succesful she will want another in 1-2 hours!! Have yall found anything that would help keep your little one awake?

Sleeping?
Im guessing she has her days and nights mixed up. She sleeps all day and active all night. How long does it normally take for babies to get on track????? lol

*Edited before another person thinks I would actually use a very cold clothe!!!*

Your child should be soiling 2-3 diapers a day or more if you are breastfeeding. Once every other day isn't good. She isn't sick, this is normal.....until she gets a little older. So she is fine. They should be seedy in consitancy (sp).

dont' put a cold cloth on that baby!!!! Poor thing. I guess if it works for you then ok....but i wouldn't. After i stopped breast feeding .Mia would do this. and it's was such a hassle and starting to ruin our scedual, i feed her during the day at work.....she isnt'fed by the people down stairs....i am afraid that they will feed hr too much or not enough....so anyway.....i would feed her and if she didn't eat the whole thing....i would wait until her next feeding 4 hours later. if she was hungery then she would have to wait. she learned with in 4-6 days that if she didnt' eat then i would take the bottle away from her. Now at her feedings she sucks the whole bottle down end of story. the only one she has problems finishing is the last one of the day.....then she is too tired to finish it...then she doesnt' get another one till morning.

I know .Mel is mostlikely too young for this....but she will get this right....it wears her out eating. lol

I never had a problem with sleeping so i can't help you with this....my baby sleeps wonderfuly.

Its not like its freezing cold washcloth. I wouldnt ever do that to my child. Its just not as warm as I use when shes getting her bath. Thats what I was told by the nurses at the hospital to do. But it doesnt help.

Her doc said everyother day was okay since shes bottlefeeding. Thats why I got kinda scared when she pooped 3 times wthin 3 hours. Im glad to know its somewhat normal.

Your lucky since you baby sleeps so good. I think the big part of her not sleeping so great at night is because of me. Im usually up and about at night. Since monday I have been trying to get her on a sleeping/feeding schedule. Its just not working out as great. She finally goes to sleep at 2am and stay asleep till 7am. I just been trying to get her use to going to sleep at 9ish.

landon had his days and nights mixed up for...i think around a week when he was first born, and i know what you're going thru with that, its not fun at all! They eventually just switch if you try to keep them up during the day as much as possible, and i was really noisy during the day ( on purpose) Like i had the dishwasher going right now with the laundry, and such so he knows its day time, and night time is quite time. but that works for me, but good luck hun!
