I have had crabs for a couple of months. I can't get rid of them. I have used three different shampoo treatments. I have washed all clothes and bed sheets in hot water. The shampoo treatment worked very well at first, but it seems like it is getting less effective. I shave completely, and I still have problems. I am out of ideas. I really don't want to go to the doctor, since I am still on parents' insurance.

go to your dr they are your parents theyll love you no matter what

Are you over 18? If you are, then your dr cant tell them anything without your permission. If not, when the get teh bill it will say "office visit, brief, expanded, or whatever" It won't have your diagnosis or any details of what was discussed. Also, speak candidly with your doctor when you go in. Tell him about not wanting your parents to know. He's a human being too, and has seen a lot worse, I am guessing!
