Hi there
I am 15 years old (16 in May) male and I am getting sharp/stabbing pains in my chest in the area my heart is. I've had these for say 4 or 5 years now but they come and go and I didn't think they were too serious. But today I woke up to them at 6:30am and was extremely scared and they then went after 5 minutes. I had them again today at about 1:20pm and again, they went after about 5-10 mins. I had them before at about 8:35pm and they went again after 5-10 mins. I have asthma and have had it for a long time since I was young, about 5 or 6 and I use a blue Ventolin Evohaler and a brown Becotide 100 Inhaler. I am scared about this now as they have happened 3 times today and that usually never happens. I am scared of going to bed now and to sleep aswell. Can anyone give me any ideas of what problem I have and what i can do about it please as I am very uneasy now.
Thanks for your help and time reading this.

Edit: The pain gets worse when I breathe in deep and breathe out deep and when I try to do certain things like stretch or lean.

It dosent hurt to go to the doc and get it checked out. I experience the same chest pains, and it scares the you know what out of me..my thought is, if it was some serious problem i would know by now..not have the same symptoms for over a year....i finally came to terms with the fact i have anxiety..and i know i make my symptoms worse by thinking about them all the time..
