Q: My 7 Month Old Has Stopped Sleeping Through the Night

Does anyone have any advice about a baby who has stopped sleeping through the night? My son slept from 8pm-8am like clockwork from 3-6 months but for the past month he's been sleeping almost like a newborn again - I'm up every 4 hours or so to feed him as that's the only thing that stops him from crying.
It doesn't seem to be teething as there's no sign of that yet, but I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that he's rolling all over the place in his crib and possibly causing some of his limbs to "go to sleep" and prickle.
I've heard that many moms experience a set back with sleeping - does anyone have any advice or comments?
Thanks for your consideration...

my daughter slept through the night until she started teething.

She got her 1st set of teeth at 5 months, and hasn't slowed down since.

In between sets of teeth, she'll sleep through the night. But she'll get up for like a week maybe a week and a half straight.

And all she needs in a lil orajel, and she's off to sleep again.

I'm sure teething has something to do with it.

If no teeth soon, talk to his Dr. about his sudden schedule change. His diet could need adjusting.
