It is very possible that these symptoms are all in your head. You have also had unprotected sex, so there is also a possibility that you are in fact pregnant. The only way to know for sure is to take another pregnancy test in a few days, or to go to a doctor and have a blood test done. These could be symptoms of pms.

There is no "safe" time during the month to have unprotected sex without using protection (unless you are a dedicated temper) If you do not wish to become pregnant, it is in your best interest to use some form of birth control *every* time.
