Being a formerly certfied fitness trainer and nutritionist with 12 years of experience under my belt and countless hours of continuing education, I have alot of information that I can offer the health and fitness forums. However, someone keeps deleting the links that I leave at the end of my posts. If this continues to happen, I will not post here anymore.
