Q: Going Back to Work After Birth

I was just wondering how old your children were when you went back to work? Jayden is 6 months old and when we move in april, I have to go back to work. I am sort of nervous about it. Is it real hard to leave them while your at work? I mean she won't be at a daycare, she will be at home with her father since he works 3rd shift. I am just really scared. I don't know if its because I have to start a new job, or if its leaving jayden all day. My ocd kicks in when it comes to leaving her and I feel like if I do not write everything down (even for her dad) that she will die or something while I am gone. Is it my ocd or is that normal? I'd really appreciate any input you ladies have.

I think its normal, when I let any one watch my kids I tell them over and over again the simplest of things, then I show them, then I write it down, then once im gone I cant help but call, I panic if I call and one of them are crying, I even do this to my mum and she has raised 4 kids, I think its just normal, all my friends are the same with their kids

Hey
I am the same way with my neice. As most of you know, she's more like my child then my niece, but I am scared to death when she goes stay the weekend at her dad's house and that's my own brother!!!!!! I think it's very normal! But you just gotta know that god protects children and believe that he'll protect yours.
Love,
chanda
