I had my tubes tied and cliped in '99 and now my husband would like a child is there anything that we can do. I also suffered from stage 3 breast cancer in '04 would this cause any problems.

That is something that your doctor would be able to answer better than we can. However, tubal ligation is considered a permanent form of birth control. You still have other options such as adoption.
