Those drinks contain lots of caffeine (we
all know that lots of caffeine is never
really good for you) and they cause
stimulation (and prolonged, non-stop
stimulation is also not good for you).
Those energy drinks are also the worst
kinds of drinks for your teeth, as they
slowly destroy your teeth's enamel.
They are also known to cause anxiety and
panic attacks in people who are really
stressed out and drink those energy
drinks.
I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks
actually, and those energy drinks made my
symptoms MUCH worse - so that's I stopped
drinking them.
If you still think you need something,
then I would recommend looking at natural
and better alternatives, such as North
Korean ginseng and magnesium/potassium
aspartates supplements (just an example).
