For the last few months I have been having constant pain in my upper arms just below my shoulder. Worse at night. Disrupts sleep. Any idea what it may be?

This is maybe the cause of you doing some light work in your house or lifting some heavy weights in the gym. In either case, you've worked your arms past their point of comfort, that made your feel pain.
