Probably. Sperm usually lives an average of 1-3 hours in the open air. It will die faster if gets too hot or if it dries out. If you wiped off your hands, and touched a girl's vagina 1-3 hours later, chances are you did not still have any wet semen on your hand to worry about. In the future, you can wash your hands with soap and water before touching your partner just in case.
