About 3 or 4 years ago, I noticed I had a tiny lump near my mouth. Is it a cyst? Its not red or painful or anything. Its just a small patch of raised skin by my lips somewhat that I would like drained or something, I just don't know what it is. I thought it would go away, but it never has, and its stayed the same size. I know its not a pimple...I never have pimples, ever. But i've seen these things that I have on other people before, and its always on the same part of the face, I just don't know what it is. Any info on what it is and how I can get rid of it would be helpful.

Also important, I tried popping it because I thought it was a cyst.. I just simply stuck a needle in there. It bled and bled. It got really puffy and really red. Then it was weird, it shrunk and actually disappeared. However, after i'd say a week, it was back to its normal size. I just don't know what it is. Its not discolored, it doesn't itch, it has no head, its nothing, except a raised patch of skin. If someone knows how I can get rid of this myself, it would be appreciated.
