Q: Left Die Back Pian - Any Suggestions?

Hey All - I was wondering if you could tell me how to relieve some pain in my back. It is on the left side of my back in the middle. I was fine when I went to bed and when I woke up with my boyfriend 18 month old about 2am I could feel the pain. It is not hurting to the point of going to the ER but it is very unconfrontable. It hurts real bad if I take a really deep breath.

I have tried a warm shower to made help the muscles but it did not.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

You could have pulled a muscle... do you think you have?

If not, it could be muscle cramps - those usually get relieved by exercise, stretching, and magnesium supplements.

If not that either, then it could be an internal organ on the left side giving you pain.
