This is it..I can't much more.

No one knows how I feel and I feel that everyone is against me....well i'm gonna doing it kill myself then they can laugh and I hope they are happy with that they've done.

Bye evil world...sooner I die the better, then they can laugh and I hope their happy. The frustration is too much to take anymore.

I shouldn't have to be like this at 17..I want to be strong but I just cant. I want to get away from these people. The only time I feel hopefull is when I think of dying..cos that will end it. Thinking about be strong and going on s too much..I cant take it and thats that. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

What do I do Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

i feel totally the same way....today. i've suffered from depression for about 15 yrs now and feel sometimes like I really don't want to go on. i have a child to care for though and don't trust anyone else to raise him so I stay for him.

why are you feeling like this today? did something happen to trigger it?

Thanks for replying...

I just completley lost it. Received some more bad news and i really am finding it too much and things are probably gonna get worse.

I feel so helpless and hopeless, its just horrible. I'm not on any medication for this at the moment , and I realize I should go to the doctors so I might do that this week.

I still am contemplating suicide...but the same old guilty thoughts of what happens are I've gone go through my head.
But then again living like this is too much and if I don't stop soon i'm afraid I really wont be able to stop myself and that moment of anger and frustration could be the moment i go.

sorry for not replying sooner. I had a rough day yesterday.

I think it would be a good idea to get some preofessional help. YOu may have a chemical imbalance that leaves you feeling this way. I know how it feels when sh*t keeps piling on you but there comes a point where things can only get better. At least you know you should get help. Now it's to see if you take your own advie and go see someone. sometimes just venting helps.

Re:time to Die
Please get help with a counselor ASAP. Talk to your minister. Never is a good time to die. Only GOD can say when it is your time. There are people who care about you. Don't give up. Being that you were depressed before you had your baby. You most likely have postpartum. See your doctor and they can prescribe something that won't hurt your baby, if you are breast feeding. We all want you to live, especially your baby. Please please please get help. I will be thinking and praying for you. God bless. Wink

The doctors will believe you. Depression is something you can see in a person's eyes - so don't worry because they will see it and will give you appropriate treatment for it. Just go as soon as possible because I can only see good things coming out of that.

Hang in there Sphinxy - I've been there myself, I even tried to kill myself once, but now I just look back at it and think how ridiculous it all was. Take my words and trust me - I know it's hard to accept any truths at this stage for you but this is one truth you must accept.

The thing about depression is that it comes and goes. Right now it came, but it will go. Don't give in to depression though because it is hard to pull out of it but everyone can pull themselves out of it.

Like I said, see a doctor as soon as possible. After you have seen the doc - talk to your parents, your friends, counselor, pastor/minister, and whoever else you know that you can talk to. Just tell them exactly how you feel and they will do everything they can to make sure you are feeling great again.
