i had a normal but painful menstrual my uterus was contracting very badly, i then went to the doctor where inwhich he requested blood, urine and other testings including a ultrasound and pelvic ultrasound all testings came back non pregnant but my doc was advised to repeat another pregnancy test in a few weeks because the ultrasounds discovered theres something in my uterus sac that its not a fibroid or cyst im just hoping that the ct scan doesnt affect me just incase theres an embryo there.

I don't think you're pregnant, if you've gotten negative blood and urine tests. But if you are, I don't think a single ct scan would necessarily harm your baby. It's possible, but I don't think it would.
