Hot Flashes
I'm new to the hot flashes to. I am 51 years old, and I also, panic when I have them. What I do, is cool my self down. At night, I get very hot and sweet. I know this might sound crazy, but I turn on the fan. This is one way to cool of. The other, quick take a cold shower, this seems to help and another, put a cold wet face cloth on your forehead. I know what its like. My doctor put me on busprine, he said that this would help to. I stopped taking it and the flashes came back. Busprine is for aniexty it also help with menopaus. Embarassed

Hot Flashes Gone! Safely!
I use to have hot flashes until someone shared with me what changed my life. I don't have any menopausal symptoms and it is nice. I was dreading that time in my life and now I feel better than I did in my 40's.
